We start with a complimentary phone or studio visit. You bring photos, dimensions, the piece itself, or simply an idea — we ask the right questions to scope the work.

Within five business days you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, lead time, and selected fabric or material options to consider.

Fabric and material samples are sent or reviewed in studio. For custom builds, we share CAD drawings and finish samples for approval before any wood is cut.

Your piece enters the workshop. We send progress photos at frame, foundation, and finish stages. Visits are welcome by appointment.

White-glove delivery within the Atlanta metro is included. We unwrap, place, and ensure the piece is exactly as expected — and we stand behind our work for five years.
